Kim is the newest member of the Powell team having joined in the spring of 2006. She is a full time Realtor here in the Conejo Valley and works with both buyers and sellers in Ventura and Los Angeles counties.
Kim started her career as a college admissions counselor for a University locally here in Southern California. As a counselor people were her #1 goal, and that is a value that she has carried over into real estate. She knows that she is working with your biggest asset and she gives each of her clients the highest level of professionalism, quality and integrity in every transaction she completes.
Prior to working at the University she worked in the equine industry as a horse trainer and then a Ranch Manager. The businesses she worked with ranged in size from backyard horse owner to her latest position at an international riding camp in Northern California. Her Equine Management experience, coupled with her knowledge of the real estate market, makes her a great asset for anyone looking to buy, sell or develop equestrian facilities.
